Red represents power and courage. The color red is an intense color that is packed with emotion ranging from passionate, intense love to anger and violence — representing both cupid and the devil. It is a hot, strong, stimulating color that represents excitement and energy.
The 70th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour at TAG Public School, Anantapur. The national flag was hoisted and the national anthem sung, followed by awards ceremony. Musical & Dance performances, made the day special. The function was attended by the staff, faculty and the students.
TAG Public School, celebrated this colourful Makar Sankranti festival. The celebration at TAG was very colourful as the corridor were beautifully decorated with rangolis. Children identified this to be the harvest festival and celebrated this day in a traditional manner. The students wore traditional costumes and danced to folk music melodiously.
Students of TAG Public School were taken to the Vincent.Ferrer.District.Science.Centre on an educational trip. The Science museum was the area most enjoyed by the students as they found the activities and hands-on exhibits very exciting. The students keenly observed all items on display and thoroughly enjoyed the visit.
TAG Public School celebrated Christmas with great fervour and enthusiasm. The entire school vibrated with the melody of Christmas carols on December 22. The little ones organized a Christmas special play that was enacted explaining the importance of the festival which was followed by the rendition of a Christmas song. The primary wing wore a festive look with bells, streamers and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree.
TAG Public School, celebrated Fruits and Vegetables Day on 29th November 2018 with an objective to create and educate children about the importance and consumption of fruits and vegetables in regular diet. Teachers had made interesting and simple stories on encouraging children to have vegetables and fruits in their meals.
At TAG Public School, Children’s Day is celebrated on 14th November to honor our beloved Prime Minister Dr. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s Birthday who loved children. Various programmes held all through the school. The children were very excited and felt appreciated and loved. They enjoyed their day in school.
